SUKAM CRM APP (“SUKAM CRM APP ”, “Sukam Apps CRM Lite App” “Sukam Apps CRM”, “Sukam CRM App”, “Sukam Apps CRM”, “Sukam Apps CRM Lite”, “Sukam Apps CRM”, “Service”) refers to the Android application named ‘SUKAM CRM APP ’, the Web Application called Sukam Apps CRM and the website https://www.sukamapps.com developed by Sukam Apps Services ( “we”, “our”, “us”, “Sukam Apps Services”, “Company”).

We respect the privacy of our users and are fully committed to protecting the personal information that our users (“your users”, “you” or “your”) share with us in connection with their use of the SUKAM CRM app.

About the Service

Sukam Apps CRM is an app that works as a CRM on your phone and automatically tracks client calls and SMS messages in addition to providing many other features. Sukam Apps CRM communicates in the backend with Sukam CRM App. 

User Content

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the SUKAM CRM APP, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy, which include, but are not limited to, the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your information. . You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights to submit such information. If you use SUKAM CRM APP for an organization, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy on behalf of that organization. You represent that you have the legal authority to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy on behalf of the organization and to be bound by its terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these Third-Party Services and, to the extent that you access them, you are responsible for reading and understanding the privacy policies of those Third-Party Services. Information about Others

When you use the SUKAM CRM APP, we can access the contact information from your address books. “Contact information” refers to the information about your contacts that we collect from your address book (s), your email, your business cards or the information that you provide about your contacts directly to the SUKAM CRM APP, which includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, date of birth, age, email address, gender, company, title, photos, business card images, website URLs, instant messaging identifiers, and physical address.

We provide a feature for certain email services whereby we will show you emails that you have exchanged with a particular contact. This is a function for which you must choose to grant permission through the SUKAM CRM APP. When this feature is enabled, we copy an extract of your email with a link to the full email to our servers. We do not collect or store passwords to enable this feature.

When you link a third-party account to your SUKAM CRM app account (by logging in with your third-party account information or otherwise), we may collect and store publicly available personal information about your contacts and friends available on those websites. from third parties. This information may include your photo, name, email address, groups, educational history, company history, relationship summary, websites, special dates, status messages, and other content that you have access to when you access such profiles on those Third-Party websites.

Other Information 

When you use the SUKAM CRM APP, we may collect other information from you as follows

1. Call logs and SMS logs – If you grant us permissions, we can collect a history of all your calls and text messages.

2. Notes on contacts: SUKAM CRM APP will allow you to take notes on your contacts. We will store these notes.

3. Reminders about contacts: the SUKAM CRM APP will allow you to create reminders for contacts. We will store these reminders.

Information we collect as you access and use the SUKAM CRM APP

Our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) collect information about you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, and/or a date/time stamp to your visit.

2. SUKAM CRM APP provides a built-in ability to display call logs and SMS logs. Also, SUKAM CRM APP allows you to capture call logs and message logs in CRM. Call logs and information from SMS logs will be used to display it to you or to provide you with information on how often you interact with a contact.

3. The SUKAM CRM APP will backup your notes and reminders. These backup copies are stored on Our servers.

Share aggregated information

We share aggregated information with our partners, service providers, and others with whom we do business. We share this type of data so that our partners can understand how and how often people use our Service and its services or websites, making it easier to improve both their services and how our Services interact with them. They may also use this information for advertising, marketing and other commercial uses. Additionally, these third parties may share aggregate or non-personal information about you that they have independently developed or acquired with us.

CLARIFICATION OF THE SUKAM CRM APP

SUKAM CRM APP is a contact management application for companies, which provides the essential functionality of a CRM and handles the following user data.

The contact data is processed and presented to the user along with a history of interaction with a given contact. Contact details are also backed up so that they can be restored to a new device of the user’s choice.

Text messages (SMS) are processed and displayed to the user through the application. Text messages are backed up as part of the user interaction history for a contact.

Call logs: Call information is processed and displayed to the user through the application. Call logs are backed up as part of the user interaction history for a contact.

Other data: other data created by the user in the SUKAM CRM APP (notes, reminders) is backed up as part of the user’s interaction history for a contact.

A copy of the personal data related to a user can be obtained by sending an email request to admin@sukamapps.com with the subject: Request for my data. The user only needs to mention the email id that was used to register with SUKAM CRM APP. The requested data will be sent in electronic format in response to this email.

Right to be forgotten

Also known as Data Erasure, the right to be forgotten entitles the data subject to have their data erased by the data controller, to cease disclosure of the data, and potentially for third parties to stop processing the data.

SUKAM CRM APP CLARIFICATION

The SUKAM CRM APPLICATION provides a process and a mechanism within the application by which a user can request the deletion of data related to him.

A user can send an email to admin@sukamapps.com with the subject: Request to delete my data. The user only needs to mention the email id that was used to register with SUKAM CRM APP. A confirmation email will be sent to the user in response, confirming the deletion of user data. Once the removal is confirmed, the user must uninstall the application.

Data portability
